The remaining amount must be paid after Check-in on the first day. Otherwise it's not possible to conduct the tour.

Must ask to our authority before doing any kind of payment.

Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss / damages of life & properties during the tour.

If any tour is cancelled due to climatic condition, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case passengers have to bear 30% of the tour cost.

Reservation is confirmed upon the received of an advance payment equivalent to 30% to 50% (according to the trip) of the total charges for the period of stay & rest amount before check in for individual guest & agency's guests.

Advance amount is not refundable, it will be adjusted with your next booking / trip.

If the trip is cancelled between 40 to 60 days before the arrival date — 50% of received amount will be charged.

If the trip cancelled between 30 to 40 days before the arrival dates — 50% of total amount will be charged.

If the trip cancelled between 15 to 30 days before the arrival dates — 75% of total amount will be charged.

If cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date — 100% of the total amount shall be charged.
